Returns

We only issue store credit.

Our first priority is for you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to issue a store credit with an approved return. Please request a return within 15 days of receipt.  Store credit will not be granted after 15 days.  We do not offer exchanges or refunds.  Items must be returned in new, unused condition with tags attached. Abby Maddy & Company reserves the right to deny any return. 

If you have received the wrong item or believe it to be defective, you MUST contact us within 15 days of receipt for a resolution. No Exceptions. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be applied. You will be sent a "credit code" to use on future orders. 

Return Shipping Charges:

You are responsible for the shipping of any returned item(s) at your cost.  Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.
